Flashrunner exe
The insulated cup probe has a plastic cup surrounding the recessed tip of the probe. A soldered through hole component lead extends below the surface of the PCB. If probed by a cup probe, the lead will extend into the cup and make contact with the probe tip.
If the component is not present the lead will not extend into the cup, the insulating plastic will prevent the probe from making contact to the net and any test relying on such contact will fail. A variety of microswitches and switch-probes are available.
It is likely that such a switch can be mounted to the pressure plate to detect some aspect of the polarity. This is likely to also require transfer probes to route switch contacts to the system instruments.

The production environment continuously seeks efficiency, productivity and quality. These necessities are covered from FlashRunner 2. Active Modules for eMMC.
Active Modules CAN This module has f our parallel independent communications channels. The dimensions are the same as GP4 Active Module. Relays Barrier plug-in module. The relay barrier is an additional board that can be plugged into the Active Module and it allows the customer to galvanically isolate the target board from the FlashRunner when the programming is completed. With these two options, it is possible to have a relay barrier integration for all active modules currently available.
The relay barrier board is also equipped with an auxiliary connector which allows the customer to connect external instrumentations to the Device Under Test. In this case, the relays switch connections between the Active Module input and the auxiliary connector input according to the operation ongoing. Request a trial.
